She serves as Founder & Chief Coaching Executive at VentureReady, LLC, with a mandate of helping executives with team engagement and enhance their productivity and decision making skills.

She is also a contributing author for the bestselling publication “Modernize Your Resume” by Wendy S. Enleow and Louise M. Kursmark. Katrina has written numerous eBooks, two of which are currently available on Amazon.com. She also provides expert advice through articles on Forbes.com. She frequently appears as a career expert on radio shows, and has conducted career workshops & trainings for the International Association of  Women (IAW),  the National Society for Hispanic MBAs (NSHMBA) and Women in Data. She volunteers as a mentor with Alma Mater, the University of Phoenix, providing academic and professional coaching.

In addition to the experience above, Katrina has almost two decades of experience in the field of health insurance, internal and external auditing, accounting, medical claims processing and operations compliance. She has served as a Senior Claims Analyst with the School District of Philadelphia, providing advice and guidance to senior management on medical claims and benefit programs; as well as a Compliance Analyst II for Independence Blue Cross, where she oversaw the development & modification of all departmental policies and procedures.

Katrina earned both a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Accountancy degree from Rosemont College and the University of Phoenix.  She is also a Certified Professional Resume Writer (CPRW), Job & Career Development Coach (JCDC), and Job & Career Transition Coach (JCTC).

Professional memberships include the Professional Association of Resume Writers and Career Coaches (PARW/CC), the National Resume Writers Association (NRWA) and the National Association of Professional Women (NAPW).
